The Elevate™ model will transform leaders to feel confident, speak with certainty, and engage with a natural presence.

The Elevate™ Model

Many people often have the technical skills and expertise to perform well within their current roles, yet lack the confidence that is required to be seen as a leader.

The Elevate™ model will bring tremendous benefits to your business. Leaders will feel more confident to speak up, advance to new or more senior positions, identify opportunities for business improvement, and share their skills with others.

Feel

Gain confidence in yourself.

Our confidence is often limited by our own thinking.  Whether your leaders think they do not deserve to be in their role, or feel like their accomplishments are merely a result of luck, it can be hard to overcome this self-doubt, also known as the “Imposter Syndrome.”

In this seminar, participants will work through this syndrome, discuss the limits of perfectionism, learn to embrace failure, and overcome feelings of inadequacy. Tuning into their inner soundtrack of self-talk and making positive assumptions about themselves and others will build their internal confidence.

Speak

Speak with certainty.

Whether working with content that was prepared for them or creating their own slides, leaders must apply their critical thinking skills when presenting. To do so, they must consider their audience, tailor their message, distill information and above all else, get to the point!

This seminar will teach a process of decerning what information is needed to influence decision makers, through developing key messages. This begins with considering the audience. Leaders will have a chance to apply what they’ve learned by crafting messaging, and will receive coaching on their work.

Project

Express your ideas with presence.

You always know when a leader walks in the room. They seem to have an “air” about them. They carry an internal confidence that you can feel, and they bring energy to the room and those in it. How do they do that? It’s called presence, and it’s a skill that can be developed. At the foundation of presence lies confidence - which must be felt in order to be projected.

This seminar will take participants through the key elements of presence such as being authentic, projecting energy, and speaking with conviction. A peer coaching tool will support participants’ ability to provide feedback to each other during this workshop and beyond.
